Reservations
- Reservations can be made via phone by calling 800-475-1956 or 850-438-6887 between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm Central Time. Please leave a message if we are not at home and we will return your call on our return.
- Mail check deposits, payable to Springhill Guesthouse, to the Springhill Guesthouse, 903 N. Spring Street, Pensacola, FL 32501.
- A deposit of the first night's stay is required to guarantee reservation, using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover or mailing a check or money order (10 day grace period) to the address above.
- Payment of balance, upon arrival, may be made by cash, personal or travelers check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
- Arrivals are cordially greeted after 3:00 pm. Departure time is 11:00 am.

Cancellations
Refunds of cash deposits given with ten (10) days notice. Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to arrival will be charged one night's full suite rate. Day of arrival cancellation or shortened stays will be charged the full amount. The full amount will also be charged for holidays and special events if the cancellation is made less than ten (10) days prior to booking.
